We follow a stringent selection and grading process for translators working on our projects. Our criteria for selection includes:

The translator should be a specialist in the text involved; be a specialist in the language combination; be a professional with academic qualifications; have necessary skills, experience; be a native resident of the country of the language.

Once the basic qualifications are met, such translators are required to submit a sample translation which are reviewed by our existing translators. Each shortlisted translated signs an confidentiality agreement before working on our projects.
